Lui Cha is also known as Hakka Salt Tea in Johor. The lady owner grew up with this dish and decided to open a stall selling Lui Cha to support her children's education. This healthy dish comprises of fried peanuts, sesame, basil leaves, mint leaves and tea leaves which are ground and mixed with boiling water. Exhibiting a strong fragrance, it can be drunk on its own too.
